You can use the periodic activities to manually run a scheduled event before the scheduled date.
In order to manually run a scheduled event, you need to have done the following:- Set up SMTP
- Set up event notifications
- Set up the events (including setting up scheduled notifications)
- Set up event contacts, and ensure the Receive Schedule Notification check box is selected
To manually run a scheduled event

Navigate to Departments/Administration/Application Setup/Event Notifications.

Click the periodic activity event that you want to run.

Enter the start date and end date.
The items that fall within those days will be e-mailed to the defined event contacts. E-mails will not be sent if the notification has already been sent the maximum number of times (as defined in the Max. Sched. Rec. Occurence field on the Events window).

For the customer statement, define the options.

Click OK.
