Users can launch Skype from JustFoodERP. In order to use the Skype functionality, the following needs to be done:
- Install the Skype application on the client machine .
- Enter a Skype ID in the Skype ID field for the appropriate Skype contact.
The Skype ID field is on the the following windows:
- Contact Card
- Customer Card
- Employee Card
- Employee List
- Location Card
- Resource Card
- Salesperson/Purchaser Card
- User Setup
- Vendor Card
Skype can be launched from the Skype functions that are on the NAV ribbon. The Skype group is on the Home tab of the following windows:
- Contact Card
- Contact List
- Customer Card
- Customer List
- Employee Card
- Employee List
- Location Card
- Location List
- Resource Card
- Resource List
- Salespeople/Purchaser
- Salesperson/Purchaser Card

The Skype group contains the following actions:
- Video Call
- Call
- Chat
The My Skype Contacts FactBox can be added to the Role Centers. In the My Skype Contacts window, you can create and manage a list of your Skype contacts.
