Open the 
Certificate of Analysis window.
The report lists the audit results for an item.
In order for the report to run, you need the following:
- Quality audit number
- Document number (either sales order number or a shipment number)
- Quality audit must be an Item type • Lot number must exist on the audit and be related to the sales order or shipment.
To run the report, go to the Quality Audit window (/Departments/Manufacturing/Quality/Quality Audits) and choose Certificate of Analysis on the Home tab in the Report group.

Quality Audit No. |
Select the quality audit number for the report that you want to run. The field will be pre-populated based on the record you are on when the report is opened. The quality audit must be an Item type, and must have a lot number. |
| Document Type | Select the type of document. Order: Sales order Posted Shipment: |
| Document No. | Select the document number of the sales order or posted shipment.
The lot number on the quality audit must exist on the sales order or shipment, otherwise, the report will not run. |
