Open the 
Reporting Date Feed window.
This window displays the reporting date feed data. The data is used to get a consistent set of dates for a report. For example if you did a sales report by week, if you only used the Ledger Entry table and grouped by dates, then you might see gaps in the report where you had no transactions. Using the Reporting Date Feed data allows you to have a consistent view of the data.
Open the window by choosing the Reporting Date Feed option on the Accounting Periods window..
The data is generated by running the Create Reporting Date Feed report.
The report can be run in the following ways:
- By choosing Create Report Date Feed on the Accounting periods window.
- By selecting Create Report Date Feed check box on the Create Fiscal Year report.
Additional Information
To publish the report date feed as an OData service, you must publish the Reporting Date Feed page (23019144) from the Web Services window by choosing All OData Services on the Actions tab.
If publishing the report date feed for the first time, you need to add a record with the following values:
- Object Type: Page
- Object ID: 23019144
- Service Name: ReportingDateFeed
- Published: Select the check box.
